More than 4,500 school and parent users have logged into the ISTEP+ Parent Network since the site went live again, and we’re pleased that new users continue to log on hourly.

However, some schools and parents are receiving a “technical difficulties” message when attempting to log into the site. This appears to occur for those individuals who have made an unsuccessful prior attempt to access the site before the re-launch.

If this applies to you, please try entering your Invitation Code again and creating a different User name to access the site. Your Password may remain the same.
